Marianne began her career in financial services at CLN Finance, where she specialized in loan structuring and mortgage solutions. Her expertise in private lending and alternative financing quickly set her apart, leading her to co-found Seventy Seven Park with Eduardo Pontes in 2017. Since then, she has helped a diverse range of clients, including first-time buyers, seasoned investors, and developers, secure financing tailored to their needs.
