Eduardo began his career at the Bank of Montreal as a mortgage underwriter, later advancing to senior positions at Equitable Bank, MCAP Eclipse and CLN Finance, where he managed multi-million-dollar lending portfolios and developed innovative mortgage solutions. His expertise in mortgage structuring, private lending, and regulatory compliance has positioned him as a go-to expert for both traditional and alternative financing strategies.

Beyond finance, Eduardo has made a significant impact in real estate development and construction. Since 2017, he has personally financed and managed over nine high-value development projects, transforming underutilized properties into sought-after residences. His projects—ranging from $300,000 to $1.8 million in budget—have consistently delivered outstanding returns, with final sale prices between $2M and $4M.
