  • 5-year fixed terms for payment stability

  • Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios up to 95 percent for insured purchases

  • Extended amortization periods up to 30 years (when insured and qualified)

  • Available for purchases, transfers, and purchase-plus-improvements

  • Maximum purchase price of $1,499,999.99

  • Prepayment options including:

    • Lump-sum payments up to 20 percent of the original mortgage annually

    • Up to 20 percent increase in scheduled monthly payments

  • Portable and assumable, subject to lender approval

  • Cashback of up to $2,000, credited directly to the client’s bank account within two to three weeks of funding
